So with that said, we felt that it was time to post an updated how-to if you are planning on installing Unity on Fedora Linux or really, any Linux distribution of your choosing. In fact, if you are installing Unity on Windows or MacOS, the process is pretty much the same. Not only that, we now have the Unity Hub which made its appearance in late 2018 and having that tool at our disposal makes the process of installing Unity on Linux so much easier. We had previously written about how to install Unit圓D on Fedora 24, and a lot has changed since writing that procedure way back in August of 2016, including a flurry of Unity updates as well as about 7 new Fedora releases if you did the hard math. ![]()
